  • A hospitality business had recently received a Food Standards Agency (FSA) rating of 2, damaging their reputation and raising concerns around food and health safety compliance. Keen to rebuild trust and upskill their team, they partnered with FORKO to address the issues and create a culture of safety.

  • FORKO delivered a structured 12-week programme, completing risk assessments and action plans, providing training on HACCP, COSHH, and food hygiene, and running regular coaching sessions, audits, and reviews to embed standards and build team confidence.

  • Over the 12-week programme, the business saw a complete turnaround in food safety standards and team confidence. On the next EHO visit(rebooked), they achieved a Food Standards Agency (FSA) rating of 5, moving from a 2 to full compliance. The team became visibly more confident, knowledgeable, and proactive in managing food safety and health and safety requirements. The business regained customer trust, reduced operational risks, and built a sustainable culture of compliance, with clear processes and ownership in place to maintain high standards moving forward.
