FORKO is a passionate, fresh and wholesome hospitality brand that started with two friends who met and connected while exploring the beautiful, complex and at times, challenging world of hospitality. What started as a mutual love for the industry, slowly transformed into a friendship, an idea into a concept - after two years of planning, this has now led to the creation of FORKO - a brand dedicated to supporting up and coming local businesses navigate the changing and challenging world of hospitality.

Led by a love for food and a passion for people, coupled with an obsession for perfection. With over a decade of experience leading global QSR brands as well as several locally loves Casual Dining restaurants, we don’t just talk the talk, we have walked the walk.

With a decade of dedication, we've refined our expertise, pushed boundaries, and nurtured our passion for hospitality. We have worn many hats across multiple roles - from waitstaff to department leads - giving us a unique and refreshing perspective on operations.
